Senior Accountant - Business Services - Eastern Suburbs- Join a respected accounting firm's Business Services team, managing a diverse SME client portfolio while working closely with experienced Partners and Managers.

We are partnering with a respected accounting firm based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their Business Services team. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners, manage a diverse client portfolio and continue developing your advisory skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of SME and privately owned clients across a range of industries.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and BAS.
- Assisting with tax planning, business structuring and advisory engagements.
- Providing support across areas including CGT, Division 7A and general taxation matters.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships.
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing guidance where required.
- Working closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and support clients beyond compliance.

About you:
- 4+ years' experience within a Business Services role in public practice.
- CA or CPA qualification (completed or nearing completion).
- Strong experience across financial statements, tax returns and BAS.
- Confidence managing client relationships and working directly with clients.
- Experience reviewing work and supporting junior accountants.
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing your advisory capability.
