- Minimum 3+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
- Strong technical knowledge across business services and taxation
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior accountants

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant looking to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while developing their advisory skills and mentoring junior team members.
The role includes:
- Managing a portfolio of business clients across a range of industries
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
- Delivering tax planning strategies and business advisory services to SME clients
- Advising clients on complex taxation matters including Division 7A, CGT, trust distributions and business structuring
- Reviewing the work of Intermediate and Graduate Accountants, providing coaching and technical guidance
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to business owners
- Liaising directly with the Australian Taxation Office and other statutory authorities
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and contribute to the ongoing growth of the firm
