Job description
Primary PurposeTo provide a range of Senior Administrative and Clerical services to the team to support the unit outcomes in a timely, reliable and highly efficient manner.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A ‘can do’ sort of person, comfortable working in a busy working environment
- proficient in using TRIM for workflow, as well as records management
- good with people
- has experience in NSW government
- proficient writing and communications skills, with experience in word/excel/powerpoint, to assist in preparation of documents
- Experience with SAP, or similar.
- Maintain tracking of work coming through the division (mainly using TRIM, Outlook, and Excel)
- Follow up on material with people across the division, including senior managers
- Coordinate and collate meeting papers, reports and coordinated division material
- Review material to ensure it meets requirements
- Occasional cover for the Executive Assistant in their absence, including extensive diary management
- Provide admin support to the team as required.
Previous experience in a NSW State Government Department is essential.
