The Role
Reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager, your day-to-day will include:
- Leading end-to-end statutory audits across ASX-listed, private, and multinational clients
- Coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Building trusted relationships directly with client Finance and CFO teams
- Identifying key audit risks and developing practical, risk-based audit approaches
- Contributing to proposals, client presentations, and business development activity
About You
You're a driven audit professional who:
- Holds CA or CPA qualification (or is near completion)
- Brings at least 3 years experience ideally with Big 4 or mid-tier exposure
- Has solid working knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards and IFRS/AASB
- Communicates with confidence — you can hold a room with a client and a whiteboard
- Is looking for a firm that invests in your future, not just your billable hours
