The role and team
Joining the Sydney disputes practice, you will join as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, and will work alongside experienced litigation practitioners on complex commercial disputes, regulatory matters and litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Matters include contractual disputes, shareholder and joint venture conflicts, insolvency related litigation, fraud allegations, professional negligence claims and regulatory investigations.
The role offers significant client exposure, direct responsibility for matters and opportunities to mentor junior lawyers while continuing to develop your own practice within a well-established team.
To be successful, you will possess the following
• 5+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation and disputes
• Experience managing matters and client relationships
• Excellent drafting, advocacy and negotiation capabilities
