This is a newly created position within the corporate finance function offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work closely with executives across both Australia and Europe. Role summary
Corporate finance role supporting the Head of Corporate Finance across a range of capital management, debt structuring and strategic transaction activities across the group. This position will play a key role supporting capital raising initiatives, fund establishment activity and investment related transactions. The role will involve financial analysis, modelling and coordination of due diligence processes while partnering with finance and investment teams across international offices.
About the role
- Support capital raising initiatives and fund establishment activities
- Assist with due diligence processes across investment and financing transactions
- Monitor debt facilities and support lender engagement and debt management activities
- Support BAU capital management initiatives across the group
- Deliver financial analysis and modelling to support corporate transactions
- Prepare materials and presentations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Partner with finance and investment teams across international offices
- Support ad hoc strategic finance projects as required
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
- Experience within corporate finance, transactions, funds or investment environments
- Exposure to capital raising, fund structures or transaction due diligence highly desirable
- Strong financial analysis and financial modelling capability
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, commercially focused environment
