Job description
Senior Financial Accountant
- Immediately available
- 3 months contracts (with possible extension)
- $450 - $550 + super day rate
Market leading organisation is actively currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated financial accountant to help with year-end. You will be onboarding initially as a 3-month contract, but for the right person, there is an extension opportunity that could go permanent.
You will be responsible for
- Assisting month-end, year-end, and half-year reports
- Preparation of note disclosures
- Tax and compliance
- Year-end external audit process
- Ad-hoc analysis and other duties
Skills & Experience
- CA Qualified
- Accounting degree
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role with a large publicly listed organisation
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point and Publisher)
- High level written and verbal communication
