Job description
Senior Financial Accountant - 12 Month FTC- Sydney CBD, hybrid
- $115-130k + super
- 12-month fixed term
A growing Australian business is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team during an exciting period of transformation and growth.
This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing core financial accounting responsibilities with project-based process improvement and systems work.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business
- Reviewing and improving finance processes and reporting workflows
- Analysing and cleansing
- Working on systems and transformation projects
complex financial data - Inventory and fixed asset accounting
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations
About You
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
- Strong financial accounting background
- Advanced Excel and strong systems skills
- Experience working with complex data and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across both BAU and project-focused environments
