Role:
This role is responsible for a portfolio of properties and the ownership of their budgets and financial statements.
Key requirements:
- Own property portfolio budget setting and financial reporting process.
- Month End preparation
- Preparation of quarterly management reports
- Preparation of annual portfolio financial statements
Key Requirements
- CA/CPA qualified
- 3+ years’ experience in financial reporting management reporting & analytics
- Property experience would be a nice to have
