About the company
My client a market leader within its industry is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to work across their multiple applications. This is a great opportunity to work in a creative environment with some of the latest cutting edge technologies alongside some of the most talented developers in Sydney.
About the role
Working in an agile environment, you will design and develop bespoke end to end solutions in support of core functions, business processes and provide continued development support. You will carry out the full life cycle of the software development project and provide change, fault and release management, ensure best practice in code writing and carry out system testing of IT solutions.
About you
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- 5 or more years of experience in developing software using Java, J2EE, and the Spring Framework.
- 3 or more years of experience in developing user interfaces using HTML, JSP, JavaScript/Angular JS, CSS/SASS, and responsive development using Bootstrap.
- Familiar with object-oriented programming, design patterns, inversion of control, and aspect-oriented programming.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and object-relational mapping engines.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with an understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform concepts and concerns.
