• Pays $894 a day + super

Tier 1 Construction Agency is looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer with extensive Construction experience to join their team. You will manage the overall building delivery responsibility including management of the Project & Site Engineering team in the successful delivery of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction engineering disciplines in direct consultation with Site Manager, Area Foreman and relevant trades. Specific elements include design certification, programming and planning, commercial management and quality process.
• Management of team (Site Engineers – 4 Personnel), Coordination within a larger 30 personnel team and workforce in excess of 200 tradesmen for a $200M project.
• Programme coordination and regular progress reviews (Contract, Target and Short Range) managing workforce, lead-times and coordination.
• Commercial management including signatory of directions, forecasting, contract management, cost management and relevant reporting.
• Design liaison between site and design teams resolving design issues and obtain relevant certification for occupation and handover.
• Overall Quality representative including defect management and manager of the subcontractor audit process.

About you:

• At least multiple years of experience working with an established construction company
• White Card & Valid drivers licence
• Proven experience leading teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
