Acting for businesses, investors, developers and private clients, the firm advises across a broad range of commercial legal matters and continues to strengthen its position in key markets. Growth within the Brisbane office has created an opportunity to join its Commercial & Property practice.
The role and team
Working within a collaborative Commercial Property team, you will advise a diverse client base on a mix of commercial, property and development matters. The practice acts on acquisitions and disposals, commercial, residential and rural property transactions, development projects, subdivisions, strata titling matters, leasing and licensing arrangements, due diligence exercises and commercial agreements. The role offers direct client engagement, exposure to Queensland and national transactions, and the opportunity to support and mentor junior lawyers as part of a growing practice.
To be successful, you will possess the following
• 5+ years' post-admission experience in property or commercial property law
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transactional skills
• Ability to manage matters autonomously while contributing to a team environment and mentoring junior lawyers
