Contract until mid Aug (potential to extend)

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support a major cloud migration and systems modernisation initiative focused on future-state addressing and integrated platform solutions. Working within an agile multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of a scalable, secure and automated Proof of Concept aligned with enterprise architecture and modern system design principles.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of cloud-based PoC solutions.
Support cloud migration and systems transformation initiatives.
Develop APIs, integrations and automated solutions.
Assist with implementation of graph database solutions aligned to modern addressing models.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting and agile delivery activities.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

Experience with one or more of: Python, Node.js, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or C#.
Experience with Git/source control tools.
Experience designing unit and integration tests.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to contribute across all stages of PoC design and development.

Desirable

Exposure to graph databases (e.g. Neo4j).
Cloud migration or modernisation project experience.
Experience with spatial or geospatial systems.
