Supervisor/ Assistant Manager (Client Advisor) - CBD

  • Direct client contact & progression path to partnership/ equity
  • $105-130k package + Incentive bonuses 10-20% every year
  • Interesting project work: business planning, structuring, budgeting, benchmarking, business improvement, financial modelling. virtual CFO work & tax advisory.

Based just minutes away from the train station, this prestigious firm are growing rapidly. The firm currently have 2 offices, their main office being interstate with a headcount of 40 people, Sydney being their new office.

The Sydney office is a boutique environment with huge growth plans including an acquisition.

About the Role

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients ensuring their taxation & accounting activities remain compliant with associated legislations. You will be responsible for all aspects of your client portfolio, including the scheduling of work and client contact.
  • Assist with the research, preparation & delivery of technical advice and project work across business planning, structuring, budgeting, benchmarking, business improvement, financial modelling & tax advisory.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with clients; and
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of Intellectual property and templates.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Fully CA/CPA qualified or part way though
  • Bachelor’s qualification in accounting or a relevant subject
  • Have experience mentoring junior staff
  • 5+ years’ experience within a public practice firm
