The Company    

Global firm, with a strong presence in the Australian market. Working in an inclusive supportive culture, an immediate start opportunity to support the supply chain department with full administration duties supporting the Supply Chain Manager. 

Key skills/ responsibilities  

  • Assisting with sourcing and distribution of products 
  • Liaising with suppliers 
  • Updating weekly schedules 
  • Raising purchase orders 
  • Assisting the supply chain manager with schedules 
  • Updating order plans 
  • Producing reporting
  • Complete supply chain administration tasks 
About you  
  • Previous administration experience 
  • Industry experience within manufacturing ideal  
  • Stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Reporting 
  • Positive attitude  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
