I am looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition support for a shared services position based in North Sydney. This role will be for a minimum of 6 months with the view to be extended.
Duties to include:
- Tier 1 People Coordination Queries - internal (Recruitment Business Partners) and external (candidates)
- Provide administrative services to the Talent Acquisition Team, including but not limited to;
- Job advert writing
- Advert posting
- Phone screening candidates
- Interview scheduling and administering online testing
- Provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders and candidates
- Provide exceptional customer service
- General all-rounder / general Admin
Professional background / Skills Required:
- MUST have previous Recruitment coordinator experience – minimum 6 months
- Have high level customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience using Workday would be an advantage
- Experience using a previous ATS
- Experience in a similar shared service environment (HR) based would be advantageous
- Ability to maintain data integrity
- High level confidentiality
- Ability to solve problems, resolve issues
- Resilience, ability to work under pressure to time restrictions / ability to work as part of a team
- Must be flexible, able to adapt to the changing environment as required
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suites (Outlook, excel and word)
