I am looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition support for a shared services position based in North Sydney.  This role will be for a minimum of 6 months with the view to be extended. 

Duties to include: 

  • Tier 1 People Coordination Queries  - internal (Recruitment Business Partners) and external (candidates) 
  • Provide administrative services to the Talent Acquisition Team, including but not limited to;   
  • Job advert writing 
  • Advert posting   
  • Phone screening candidates   
  • Interview scheduling and administering online testing 
  • Provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders and candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service 
  • General all-rounder / general Admin    

Professional background / Skills Required:   

  • MUST have previous Recruitment coordinator experience – minimum 6 months 
  • Have high level customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Previous experience using Workday would be an advantage 
  • Experience using a previous ATS
  • Experience in a similar shared service environment (HR) based would be advantageous 
  • Ability to maintain data integrity 
  • High level confidentiality 
  • Ability to solve problems, resolve issues 
  • Resilience, ability to work under pressure to time restrictions / ability to work as part of a team 
  • Must be flexible, able to adapt to the changing environment as required 
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suites (Outlook, excel and word)
