Job description
Tax Accountant
- Senior tax position, immediate start
- Working for a listed international business
- Inner West location, temp to perm potential
About the Company
Large, listed, international business with a huge investment portfolio. The organisation has a large Australian head-office and is situated in the inner west area close to local public transport links.
Your role is highly visible and critical to their overall tax and compliance offering. This opportunity is initially temporary position, but they have provided the commitment the position could become permanent for the right person.
About the Role
- Full responsibility for all tax related matters including some wider compliance tasks and duties
- Working across direct and indirect taxes, group, divisional and overseas
- Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders where appropriate
- Assist with wider projects and business transformation programmes
Skills & Experience
- CTA, CA or CPA Qualified
- Experience of working in a broad tax role
- Experience of working within a large complex organisation preferrable
- Strong excel skills and able to operate legacy ERP systems
