Job description

Primary Purpose
Support the effective and efficient operations of the division by providing critical administrative support and business coordination to the major reform project teams.

Duties:
  • Document Formatting and other Administration Support
  • On boarding and off boarding new team members
  • Prioritising the team workload
  • Managing the workflow through the inbox with respect to importance and deadlines
  • Updating database
  • Escalation and resolution of issues to the Helpdesk
  • Template management
  • Any Adhoc Administration tasks
Must have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • A team player and positive attitude
  • The ability to multi-task
  • The ability to deal with conflicting priorities
