Reporting to a Director and working in close a team environment, you will be responsible for all office administration tasks and assisting the Associate Director when required. Tasks will include booking travel, preparing documentation including PowerPoint presentations, screening calls & correspondence, reporting, database work, organising functions (such as cocktail parties!) and adhoc admin duties.
 
You must have previous Corporate Financial Services or Professional Services experience and take pride in your slick corporate presentation. You will enjoy working to deadlines; have excellent organisational and communication skills and strong attention to detail.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to use your previous office administration experience and secure a role with excellent benefits and career progression. An intermediate understanding of MS Office is essential.
