This global leading insurance organisation is currently going through large program of work and are looking for a highly capable technical business analyst to join their team.  In this role you will play a pivotal part in working with the product development team.  You will be well experienced working in an AGILE environment and with capturing non functional requirements and process mapping.  You will enjoy working in a collaborative organisation that fosters culture and progression within the business.
 
Responsibilities will include:
 
As the ideal candidate, you will have the following knowledge and experience:

• Working across full stack implementations with strong focus on data and integration but with good functional understanding of UI
• Strong in analysing data and integration models
• Gathering technical requirements, from architects and tech leads and materialising them into technical stories with solid acceptance criteria
• Sound understanding of enterprise integration principles, with emphasis on RESTful architecture
• Working closely with business analysts and key project/program stakeholders to align with timelines and expectations
• Technical writing of integration specifications
• Working with the testing team to help with testing, triage and help with understanding of acceptance criteria which materialise to test cases Working under pressure and tight timeframes in an agile space
• Working with Solutions architect to breakdown complex distributed systems and materialising System Integration Contracts
• Working closely with developers to help define strong unit testing cases  

You will work collaboratively with the Engineering and Testing team, Business Stakeholders, and selected consumers to deliver a range of exciting IT/Business projects. To be successful for this position you will need to display:

• Degree qualified – Information Systems / Computer Science. Masters preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in similar analysis and design roles
• Worked in teams who have designed and delivered complex, mission critical systems
• Comfortable with variety of front-end, back-end, database and messaging technologies and protocols
• Background in both BAU and Project based work
• Experience working in organisation which use strong implementation of REST API and Micro Services Architecture would be highly regarded
