Job description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Events Assistant to work support a hardworking and dedicated team during their busiest time of the year.
 
To be considered for this role you must have experience within Events.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting and supporting Trade/Tourism Events. This role is to support high profile trade events within NSW.
 
Duties within the role will include:
  • Preparation and collation of checklists for each trade event
  • Coordination of all event documentation and merchandise
  • Managing all activities relating to finance administration including invoicing, registering contracts, processing payments, record keeping of all payments
  • Coordinating and scheduling event set up and organisation
  • Post event surveys – design, distribute, collate and finalise  
To be considered for the role you will need:
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident with working in a busy and fast pace environment
  • Experience in working in a similar Events Coordination role
  • Be confident in working to deadlines  
Please note, this role is not just an Administrative role and prior experience within Events is essential.
