Workday Analyst | Brisbane CBD Location | Permanent | $140-$160KCharterhouse are partnering with a well-established, privately owned organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation to recruit a Workday Analyst on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role within a growing shared services environment, designed to bring local ownership and capability for the organisation’s Workday platform. The business has recently expanded through acquisition and implemented a new Australian Workday tenant, creating the need for dedicated in-house expertise to support, enhance and evolve the system.
This is a true end-to-end Workday ownership role, responsible for the ongoing configuration, support and continuous improvement of the platform across HR and payroll. You will act as the primary Workday SME locally, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business and liaising with offshore system support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the local Workday environment (HR & Payroll modules)
- Configure and enhance existing and new system functionality
- Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and system optimisation initiatives
- Support reporting, data integrity and system governance
- Assist in building internal Workday capability and documentation
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support is essential.
- Understanding of HRIS and/or payroll systems in a complex environment
- Experience in system enhancements, testing and implementation of new functionality
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a growing, evolving and fast-moving environment
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
