Charterhouse are hosting an interactive round table for our not-for-profit community, to create a safe place for informative conversation, a chance to share challenges and of course, to network among peers. This will be the first in a ‘series of roundtables’ exclusive to HR & Talent professionals who work within the not-for-profit and healthcare sector. Our first series will explore Team Engagement, Wellbeing and Creating Moments, while working remotely.

The event will start with special guest speaker Cassandra Hatton, General Manager Human Resources at the St Vincent de Paul Society, Victoria.

Cassandra is a dynamic and passionate leader with extensive experience across the not-for-profit sector.

In her current role as General Manager Human Resources, Cassandra forms part of the Executive Team providing leadership and oversight to the Human Resources, Learning and Development, WHS, Wellbeing, Volunteers and Culture functions. We are excited for her to be sharing her insights and experiences around what true team engagement is and the concept of ‘creating moments.’

This will be followed by an interactive Q&A with Cassandra & Vivien Vrahos, Business Consultant, CIT Business Solutions - www.citbs.com.au, who will share her knowledge from a neuroscience, psychology & organisational behavioural perspective.

Please do let myself or Ainsley know in advance if there are any pressing questions you would like us to address. I will look forward to seeing you there.

Thank you,

Liz Ruddick

Please note, Charterhouse will donate $5 for every attendee to Headspace, an Australian non-profit organisation for youth mental health.
