Liz specialises in recruitment within the not-for-profit sector and supports clients with ensuring diversity of short list as well as providing internal training to the Charterhouse team on D&I best practise and inclusive language.
Suzanne, specialises in Data Analytics & Technology recruitment, with her focus and passion helping individuals and organisations harness the extraordinary power of diversity and inclusion.
We will be joined by two engaging guests speakers for a Q&A:
Dr Amy Silver - Psychologist & Author who works with individuals and organisations around setting a foundation of trust and physical and psychological safety within teams, to encourage creativity, trust and mutual respect.
Cam Larkin - Talent Acquistion at Australian Unity, who will share insights on how Australian Unity has successfully maintained their virtual culture through 2020 and what that looks like going into 2021.
