Bookkeeper
Lower North Shore
Permanent Full Time
Working with an off-shore team
Experienced Bookkeeper (senior) is required for client of mine based on the Lower North Shore. Accessible by public transport - currently WFH.
This role requires a Bookkeeper who has experience working in a Public Practice / Business Services firm OR has done accounting for multiple entities.
You will be responsible for overseeing the transactional work done by an off-shore team as well as training when needed.
The main focus for this role is to check, sign off on work and liaise with customer / clients.
Past or current experience in full function BK duties are required;
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Reconciliations
Balance-sheet, Bank and P&L
GL maintenance
GST, FBT and BAS preparation
Query handling and advising
Excellent communications and Customer focused
