Telesales Specialist

About the Role 

  • This is a predominantly phone based role, speaking with current and new customers of our client 
  • You will be creating new leads for training and learning opportunities within these clients 
  • Targeted on volume of calls but most importantly, quality of calls; how many leads can you convert? 
  • Pass on leads for closure to senior sales staff, with the option of taking on some of the deals entirely for yourself 


Skills & Experience 

In order to get this role you will have: 

  • Sales experience, including outbound phone sales essential 
  • Experience within L&D or training would be highly beneficial 
  • Interest or background in technology an advantage 
  • Activity based working 


  • Work from home currently, CBD offices when back to work 
  • Phone and lap top provided
