Job description

They are looking for someone who will contribute to the overall Claims objective to deliver excellent claims service and to enhance the business in its distinct positions.  
The successful candidate will be someone who has strong technical claims knowledge and specifically experience in Financial Lines – this would prove to be advantageous.
Ultimately, as a Claims Adviser you are responsible for providing timely and cost effective management of a portfolio of General Insurance Claims.
A handful of the main duties would be; 

  • Manage claims from “cradle-to-grave”
  • Investigate General Insurance and case issues 
  • Conduct file reviews ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures and reserving philosophy
  • Participate in meetings internally, externally and actively implement continuous improvement strategies for the team
