- Work with great mix of Corporate & Government clients
- Draft licensing, hardware acquisition and outsourcing agreement
- Negotiate IT agreements with suppliers
- Structure complex IT deals
- Advise of procurement process
- Build a strong professional network, of clients and other industry leaders
About you
- 3+ years Corporate Commercial IT experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience drafting IT agreements & structuring complex deals
- Experience advising on procurement process
- Well-developed commercial and analytical skills
- Ability to contribute positively to the team and firm environment
