About the company 

Our client is looking for a corporate receptionist to be the first point of contact over the phone and in greeting clients. Are you a professional, friendly, and proactive experienced Receptionist who also possesses strong administration abilities, ideally experience working in an accounting firm with APS system knowledge.


Responsibilities  
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Managing calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Greet customers at reception 
  • High level administrative support to the team 
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments  
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings 
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments  

Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly
  • Experience working in a busy receptionist role advantageous in the Public Practice Sector
  • High attention to detail 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Must be well presented
