About our client
Our client is a national law firm that has experienced unrivalled growth in recent history and ambitions to continue for the foreseeable future, this firm are highly regarded across multiple practice areas. The Sydney office is a modern office located in a very convenient location.
About the role
Based in their CBD office, this firm are now looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to work within a small team on a range of matters in the full spectrum of Property Law.
This team acts for a broad range of clients including property trusts, major corporates, HNW individuals as well as renowned retail and supermarket chains.
This role will involve working in a close-knit team and therefore assisting the junior lawyers’ development and supervision.
Responsibilities will include drafting relevant legal documentation and advising clients on a range of property matters.
Ideally applicants will possess:
- At least 4 years’ PQE in property matters
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop BD experience and skills
