The firm
Our client is a leading boutique commercial firm with a rich history and respected Partners across the different departments at the firm. Situated at their modern offices situated in the centre of CBD, this firm are now looking for a Lawyer to join their Employment team to work closely with two Partners known for their high profile work. This firm have heavily invested in the branding of the firm and continue to build their client base with an interesting mix of clients from listed companies, SMEs to high net worth individuals and start ups.
About the role
This role is a great opportunity if you are a passionate and ambitious employment lawyer who is looking to learn from two Partners who work on a varied mix of work.
In this role you will work in a close-knit team and work on matters across the full spectrum of Employment and WHS law. In the role you will be encouraged to develop relationships with the client base as the partners are looking for a lawyer who is looking to develop into a leading lawyer in Employment law.
This team cover a mix of Employer and Employee matters and therefore you must be expected to be versatile and have a high level of client care.
Ideally you will possess:
- At least 3 years PQE
- A passion for achieving the best possible outcomes
- Excellent drafting skills.
- A high level of client care
- An ambition to carve out a successful career in this area of law.
