Job description
- Located in the Inner West
- Working for a leading Civil Constructor
Excellent opportunity to work with a leading civil construction work, excellent reputation winning work consistently through repeat business. Great culture with a flat structure.
The main responsibilities for the role are:-
1) Estimating on projects up to $30 million for civil projects
2) Responsibility of estimating through tender stages of the cycle & also looking at post tender negotiations
3) Contract administration and negotiations
4) Working on a variety of different civil projects
The successful candidate will be:-
1) Hold a relevant degree
2) 5-8 years' experience within a civil construction business
3) Longevity within the roles held
4) Good attitude and a good communicator
