About my client
My client is a reputable blue-chip organisation with a strong local presence. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Regional General Counsel and Company Secretary, with occasional support to the wider legal team.
About the role
The nature of this business is dynamic and fast paced. The successful candidate will come from a legal support background, ideally with previous inhouse experience or senior leadership level support. Confident and clear communication is essential in this role, as are excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience with the preparation of Board Papers is also highly desirable. Advanced Microsoft office skills are also essential, combined with a flexible and hands on approach.
Duties to include:
- Extensive diary management
- Monthly Board reporting
- Preparing presentations and complex documents
- ASX reporting
- Processing expenses
- Travel management (when travel resumes)
- General administration support
