As a highly regarded national firm with an impressive client list and even more impressive offices in Barangaroo, our client is looking for a vibrant and driven Float Assistant to join their energetic and collaborative team. The role will see the successful applicant providing administrative support across a number of areas within the firm where required, with their duties including:
* Diary management;
* Relieving reception;
* Answering incoming calls and taking detailed messages;
* Liaising with clients;
* Dictaphone typing;
* Drafting letters and legal documents;
* Compiling briefs for Counsel and experts;
* Time recording and monthly billing;
* Filing, scanning and photocopying; and
* Ad-hoc duties as required
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will need at least two years’ experience as a Legal Secretary. You will also need advanced MS Suite skills and a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be well organized, have outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as an enthusiastic attitude.
