About the firm   
 

This national law firm is seeking a human resource professional to provide support in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be supporting a team of advisors with all aspects of human resources including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding, appraisals, workforce planning and strategy. You will have the benefit of working in a professional services environment and proven progression opportunities.    

 

Duties within the role will include:     

  • Supporting the HR team  
  • Onboarding staff   
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders   
  • First point of contact for all HR enquiries   
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are kept up to date    
  • General administration to the HR team 
  • Systems Experience – MS Office Suite    

 

Requirements: 

  • Two years experience in an administration role  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   
  • Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people   
  • Highly organised, good time management skills   
  • Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities   
  • Experience using MS Office Suite
