About the Role 

Within this role you will be responsible for the following (but not limited to): 

  • Managing a team of 50+ as 2ic to the CSO 
  • Successfully driving continuous improvement through data driven insights 
  • Establish the mechanisms and communication for customer experience evolution across sales and wider company functions 
  • Establish and lead the identified functions to deliver incremental sales productivity and customer experience improvement objectives 
  • Lead sales operations function to conduct order fulfillment in a sustainable manner for the business 
  • Oversee the ongoing provision of sales forecasting operation requirements 
  • Drive operational rigor and effectiveness of the sales function 
  • Mentor Sales Operations to drive performance analysis, and ongoing process innovation to realise productivity objectives 
  • Ensure strategic account planning framework are created and deployed to capture target and existing customer business drivers 


Skills & Experience 

In order to be considered for this position, you will have: 

  • Minimum 10 years leadership experience – sales or business analytics leadership roles, ideally a similar sales enablement leadership role 
  • Extensive commercial experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a technology environment 
  • Strong capabilities in data & analytics, including the ability to identify trends and translate data into insights together with market segmentation & customer analytics
