Job description
My client, one of Australia’s leading Insurers are looking to grow their Credit & Surety function. They are looking for an Underwriter, someone who can Underwrite Surety risks, develop new business and implement strategic account management and growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Portfolio Management and Development
- Market facing approach, acquiring new business, developing networks and identifying opportunity areas
- Implementing marketing strategy for Surety Products and new product lines
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of Surety, Credit and related business lines
- Ability to work on your own initiative and experience but also having the willingness to offload your expertise to the team
- Candidates outside of the Insurance market must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, interest and experience towards Surety, Credit and Finance
