About the Company 

Join a well-established boutique firm who prides themselves on their creative approach to problem solving and their strong client relationships across a variety of specialties. Supporting a leading Partner with a portfolio of large franchisee clients, you will be responsible for high volume data entry and administrative support.
 
About the Role 

The role is to support the Franchising team by managing your own matters, opening and closing files, and providing personal assistant support to the Partner. This role will be well suited to you if you have the ability to work well in a team and independently. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure, along superior time-management skills. 

  • Liaising with clients and internal staff members
  • Preparing and issuing franchising documents
  • Collating and importing data
  • Proof reading and document checking
  • Opening and closing your own files
  • Personal Assistant duties


Skills & Experience 

  • Previous experience within Legal/Professional Services (highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate – Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A ‘can-do’ and proactive attitude
  • Exceptional organisational skills
