This specialist commercial firm are looking for an experienced legal secretary to support a partner who specialises in insurance. The firm pride themselves on their specialist lawyers and the excellent work they produce. They have a collaborative and inclusive culture that offers genuine support and progression to every member of staff.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Providing support to a Partner and team 
  • Diary management 
  • Expenses 
  • End of month billing 
  • Preparing documents 
  • File management  


Requirements: 

  • At least three years’ experience in a legal secretary role  
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Experience using a document management and billing system 
  • MS Office skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
