Job description

This specialist commercial firm are looking for an experienced legal secretary to support a partner who specialises in CTP insurance. The role is very fast paced and requires someone with knowledge of CTP insurance. The firm pride themselves on their specialist lawyers and the excellent work they produce. Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to a Partner and team
  • Diary management
  • Expenses
  • End of month billing
  • Preparing documents
  • File management

Requirements:

  • At least two years’ experience in CTP Insurance
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience using a document management and billing system
  • MS Office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
