This international top-tier law firm is looking for an experienced practice assistant to join the Tax team on a part-time basis. They are open to applicants looking for work 2 days a week (on Thursday and Friday). You will be working within a close-knit team, providing assistance for a range of legal operatives, from graduates to partners.

To be considered for the role you will have excellent technical skills, demonstrated experience in a legal assistant role, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and you must enjoy working within a team environment.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Billing and client reporting
  • Prepare and amend legal documents
  • Diary and travel management
  • Management of meetings and telephone calls
  • General administrative tasks as and when required
