  • Diary management including scheduling meetings
  • Monthly expenses
  • Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence
  • Monthly billing
  • Filing court documents electronically
  • Opening and closing matters


  • A minimum three years’ experience in defendant insurance
  • Experience using a document management and billing system
  • Knowledge of electronic filing
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
