The role

Our client is a genuine leader in Insurance law that boasts a highly impressive client base, both domestically and internationally. This firm are experiencing an exciting period of growth and are actively growing their teams. They are looking for an experienced Secretary to join to support a team of lawyers. If you are a team player, with a positive and collaborative approach to work, who likes to be kept busy then I would love to hear from you. The firm have a flexible approach with the option to work from home two days per week.


  • Preparing correspondence and legal documents
  • Monthly client reporting
  • Arranging travel
  • Preparing and submitting expenses
  • Preparing briefs
  • Liaising with clients, medical professionals and other lawyers
  • Timesheet entry and monthly billing
  • Opening and closing matters


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal support role
  • Experience working within a litigation practice
  • Must be proficient in billing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive and pro-active approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
