About our client 
 
This national corporate firm is looking for a legal secretary to support in their planning and environment team. This firm has an excellent reputation as a leading Corporate law firm who offer a range of benefits to their employees including career development opportunities, paid parental leave, purchased annual leave and corporate discounts. This role is supporting a high performing team including the Practice Group Head. You will be working alongside a senior legal secretary to give you the support to excel in this roe.
  
Duties will include:   

  • Supporting a team of lawyers
  • Travel arrangements  
  • Expenses  
  • End of month billing, timesheet entry and preparing invoices   
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning large documents
  • Assisting in the preparation of briefs
  • Liaising with clients and other lawyers   

  
To be successful for this role you will have:   

  • 6 months’ experience working in a law firm  
  • Experience using a billing and document management system   
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail   
  • Strong communication skills
