About our client 

This boutique commercial law firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Hurstville office on a temporary basis. Great company culture and supportive environment, this role is perfect  for an experienced Legal Secretary looking for some interim temporary work.

About the role

  • Supporting two lawyers in property predominantly residential conveyancing
  • Some commercial leasing
  • Drafting and amending contracts, leases and agreements
  • Diary management and arranging appointments
  • File management
  • End of month billing 
  • Dictation

To be successful you will have:

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in a legal support role within property
  • Experience using a document management and billing system
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive and willing attitude
  • A fast and accurate typing speed
