About the role 

My client is looking for an intermediate legal secretary to support their dispute resolution team. The firm has an excellent reputation as a leading Corporate law firm and offers market leading training within a supportive and professional culture. The successful candidate will support a team of lawyers and is a newly created role so there’s great opportunity for growth.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have to have at least 2 years’ experience working in a corporate law firm. You must have a flexible attitude and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.  You will need to be able to multi-task and use initiative at all times. 

Some of the duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Organising events
  • Opening and closing files
  • Monthly billing
  • Expenses
  • Answering calls and monitoring emails
  • General administrative tasks
