About our client 

This national corporate firm is looking for an experienced litigation legal secretary to support in their Litigation practice supporting a team of lawyers. This firm has an excellent reputation as a leading Corporate law firm who offer a range of benefits to their employees including career development opportunities, paid parental leave, purchased annual leave and corporate discounts. They are happy to give full training in government litigation but are looking for someone with a litigation background with the right attitude who is passionate about the legal industry. 
 
The role: 

  • Provide support to a Partner and team in Litigation 
  • Drafting and amending legal documents 
  • Monthly billing 
  • Diary management of lawyers and courts
  • Opening and closing files 
  • Electronic court filing
  • High client liaison

 
Requirements: 

  • Experience working within a busy litigation team supporting multiple authors
  • A flexible attitude to work 
  • Ability to multi-task and be a quick learner 
  • Experience using a document management and billing system
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills 
  • A positive, enthusiastic, can do attitude
