This global corporate firm is looking for a career legal secretary to support in their litigation practice. This role will suit someone who is a team-player and has a proactive attitude to work.
 
Duties will include:  

  • Diary management   
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence  
  • Collating brief documents and preparing briefs to Counsel 
  • Liaising with clients and other lawyers  

 
To be successful for this role you will have:  

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in a legal support role ideally in litigation  
  • A fast and accurate typing speed   
  • Experience using a document management system  
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail  
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
