- 2+ years working experience in Mortgage Lending Admin - Growing Company - creative working space - perm full time.
One off opportunity to work for a growing Fintech company based in Sydney CBD | customer focused company | Mortgage / Home Loan experience essential | Perm Full Time | $70k+super+bonus.
You will be responsible for:
- pre package mortgage deals ready for approval (from submission to settlement)
- pre and post settlement duties inc; correct loan loading, security register, reports
- liaising with various stakeholders both internal and external
- assist with ongoing development
Essential Experience:
- 2+ years working experience in home loans and credit assessment
- Banking / FS experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)
