State Marketing Consultant

About the Company

About the Role 

Within this role, you will: 

  • Partner with broker network to help them drive engagement and generate customer enquiries 
  • Drive maximum return of the national marketing plan  
  • Provide local area marketing advice 
  • Meet with broker network to provide strategy on marketing, in accordance with central marketing  
  • Provide effective marketing induction plan to new brokers 

 

Skills & Experience 

In order to get this position, you will: 

  • Have prior experience in marketing and management of a group of franchisees, or multiple customers/members, for example in sporting or retail 
  • Strong people relationship management skills and enjoy managing customers 
  • Strong training and L&D skills
