State Marketing Consultant
- 4 days per week, flexible WFH or Paramatta office

About the Role
Within this role, you will:
- Partner with broker network to help them drive engagement and generate customer enquiries
- Drive maximum return of the national marketing plan
- Provide local area marketing advice
- Meet with broker network to provide strategy on marketing, in accordance with central marketing
- Provide effective marketing induction plan to new brokers
Skills & Experience
In order to get this position, you will:
- Have prior experience in marketing and management of a group of franchisees, or multiple customers/members, for example in sporting or retail
- Strong people relationship management skills and enjoy managing customers
- Strong training and L&D skills
